What we collect

When you use the contact form or the project brief, we receive what you type: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number and the details of your project. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

Why we use it

We use your details only to answer your request, to discuss a possible project and, if we start working together, to prepare a proposal. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Legal basis

Answering your request is based on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and on the steps needed before entering a contract with you. Technical logs are kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

How long we keep it

Messages and project briefs are kept for [retention period, e.g. 24 months] after our last exchange, unless a project starts, in which case they become part of the project records. Technical logs are kept for [log retention, e.g. 30 days].

Who else sees it
