How it works

Capture
Invoices, receipts and bank statements arrive by upload, by email or straight from e-Factura. Each one is filed to the right client company automatically.

Extraction
AI reads supplier, dates, totals, VAT and every line item, in any layout. Scans and photos are handled the same as clean PDFs.

Validation
Totals are recomputed, VAT rates and CUI codes are checked, business rules are applied. Anything that does not add up goes to a review queue instead of the books.

Reconciliation
Bank transactions are matched to invoices and payments, in multiple currencies, with a confidence the accountant can see. One click confirms; a wrong match is one click back.

Report
Dashboards, declarations and exports update the moment a document is posted, so the month is never a surprise.
